Economic security in tourism development

In modern conditions, in terms of economic security of the national economy becomes more important to the tourism industry, as it aims to meet the demands of human beings and raise the level of life of the population. Tourism security is an important task for all participants involved in tourism activities. Tourism is a complex of inter determinant factors and events that can be generated during the interaction of three major tour agents: territory the area of ​​tourism managers (territory owners and tour operators) and the tourists themselves.

The tourism safety study in economic aspect is an important task in the development of tourism as far as, tourism can promote both positive and negative impact on people, economics, and environment. The economic security of tourism is a complex notion consisting of numerous interconnected and interconditioned factors. Methods available in the field of tourism can  measure the security and determine any regularity only on a particular object, taking into account the individual characteristics. Even for one type of objects, it is impossible to carry out such activities.

Safety in tourism should be carried out at all levels. It is noteworthy that the eradication of the incident is difficult and relatively expensive than its prevention.

In recent years the world has a tendency to increase the number of travelers in neighboring countries in comparison to distant countries. Some experts explain this by the increase of threat to terrorism in the world. Economic adverse consequences in tourism are primarily due to the decrease of demand for travel in the tourist region. In this case, economic losses and expenditures on restoring customer trusts  are so great that it can lead to tourism collapce in the region.

The economic security of the regional tourism market is determined by the legal contractual relations of local tourism industry. Violation of contracts always leads to decrease in tourist flows, deterioration of quality of service, etc.

Transport is one of the leading spheres of tourist services. It is 40-60% of the expenses incurred on tour. The personal safety of the tourist, his life and health depends on the transport. That is why transport safety is an acute problem and the efficiency of its effective solution is increasing year by year.

In traveling, as the absolute safety in everyday life (neither personal nor economic) does not exist. There is always some risk. Minimizing risk in tourism is one of the first ways to increase economic security. Tourist hazards can basically correct the tourism activity level and the economic results of tourism business.The problems of minimizing tourist risks must necessarily develop in the relationship with possible types of damage and level.

The formation of a complex system of tourism security is one of the main tasks of state policy in this field. Complex approach to the level of tourism security increases the attractiveness of every tourist destination, thus increasing the income of the sector and the country's budget finally.

Today tourism is considered as an open system, directed towards sustainable development. Sustainable tourism will easily deal with negative events and increase efficiency of positive events. Sustainability is the basis for security. The safe development of the sector includes integration of three components, such as economic, ecological and social security. Development of tourism is directly related to the personal safety of tourists. Their life, health and property protection. In those regions where it is otherwise the tourism market is not going to happen.

In the sustainability field such economic mechanisms should be used that are directed towards effective use of natural resources and enctronment protection on the one hand, and on the other, not only to satisfy today's demands but also to take into consideration the interests of future generations.

Due to the above, since the tourism system itself is a very complicated organism, its security requires no less complicated system. Consequently, formation of a complex system of tourism security is one of the main tasks of state policy in this field. The actuality and insufficient degree of elaboration of security problems of economic safety development of tourism industry requires that they  have become the object of special scientific research, where the theoretical aspects will be connected will practical and directed at the growth of effects of Tourist sector as a whole and in the long run will serve sustainable development of economy based on the market principles.
